#1 . What Areas Do you Cover?
Today we are focusing on Hopedale and Milford MA. However if we get more than 20 customer requests for any surrounding towns we will expand as soon as possible. So if you are in a surrounding town please fill out the Service Request form on our Homepage and we will inform you when we are ready to launch in your town.

#2. How much does your Service cost?
Our pricing details are available on the Pricing Page. Our most popular plan, the Basic Plan, includes up to 2 cans and one trash/recycle day, priced at $60/month (billed monthly). For additional questions, contact us at cancaddysupport@can-caddy.net Services are billed monthly, in advance, at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unless a specific request is made to cancel the service, billing will continue on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is due on or before the first day of each period.

#3 . What is your Cancellation Policy?
To cancel your service, a 30-day advanced notice prior to your next billing cycle is required. Submit your cancellation request via email to support@can-caddy.net

#4. What if my trash/recycle schedule changes?
Simply inform us of any changes via email at support@can-caddy.net and we will adjust your service accordingly. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change your schedule.

#5. Do you handle bulk items or special requests?
Not at this time. However if there is significant demand we may offer this in the future.
